On Sunday we celebrated Talan's first birthday! Shantel did an amazing job.The house was decorated so cute.She even made his birthday banner and cake.We had a great buffet of food to pick from.It was fun watching him open his presents.I think he liked tearing the paper more than what was inside!He was slowing inching towards a meltdown and then it was cake time.As soon as his mouth dove into the mountain of frosting he was good to go again!Both grandparents got to be there and share the day!What a fun day we had!!

That is crazy he is almost one. Looks like you all had a fun time as well. As far as you guys coming to Layton I was told that Talan's party was the same daya dn that someone had talked to Clay but you were doing Talan's party. I am sure that there will be other times that we can all get together though. The reunion is coming up quickly!!
Happy Birthday Talan! I love the pics, especially the last one with the cake all over. He's so lucky he has such involved, wonderful grandparents.
