Spring Tease

I have to vent my frustration somewhere! We had beautiful Spring weather last week. I love to garden and be outside, so I was thrilled to go and see what winter had left me. Most of my plants made it through but as you can see it does look pretty sad. But the highlight was when I saw my pots with my tulips popping out!My heart skipped a few beats with excitment knowing Spring was here!Did that last long?Of course not ...........we live in Utah with it's crazy "change at a dime weather"!Now they are covered with snow. The weatherman promises it's around the corner but today I'm not believing it!

You Don't Say

Well,I was tagged again but this is a little different. It's 25 things you don't know about me. There is plenty more but this is all I want to share......

1.I hate looking in the mirror and will avoid them.
2.I could live off of Diet Coke and good bread and be perfectly happy!
3.Sometimes nature can make me cry, the sheer beauty of it
4.I sing to the radio in the car but usually with the wrong lyrics!I don't care even when pointed out to me.
5.I love love thrift store shopping!And don't care who knows.
6.I weigh myself at least twice a day.
7.One of my biggest regrets is not finishing college.
8.I believe nothing is a coincidence but happens for a reason.
9.I am very scared of heights and small spaces.
10.I like looking at the gossip magazines at the checkout but would never buy them.
11.I believe in ghost because I have been a witness to them.
12.I am a sleepwalker and have scared Clay a few times.
13.I don't believe there is only one true religion.
14.I love taking long baths up to two hours and would stay longer if the water stayed warm!
15.I wish I could have walked down the aisle at my wedding and had my brothers, sisters and best friend there.
16.One of my best friends was 80 yrs.old.
17.I almost drowned when I was young. My grandma jumped in the pool and saved me.
18.Whenever I hear sirens, I instantly think of where my kids are.
19.I say a prayer at least four or more times a day.I know, I keep him busy.
20.I love to buy pajamas!Don't know why!
21.I cry at least one or twice a week. Sometimes happy tears and sometimes sad tears.
22.I think I would give my dog mouth to mouth if her life depended on it.Ewwww I know!
23.I am not a morning person at all!!
24.I have never had a speeding ticket.
25.My haircolor might not be natural but......I was blond when I was little so I have gone back to what I should be!! : )

Family Time In The Sun

We went down to St.George this past weekend. My nephew Colton was baptized by my Dad. We also made it a mini family get together. We had a great time as we always do! With my family it's all about relaxing and just enjoying each others company.The cousins had a lot of fun.They always take over grandma's house and she lets them.That's why she is the favorite grandma!My Mom had knee replacement surgery a few weeks ago but that didn't stop her from having everyone there. She even fixed all the meals!! Mom you are awesome!!I have to tell my sister, Tami thanks for letting us stay at your house while you were gone.Sorry about the little incident. I hope it doesn't smell like smoke too much! : )Just to let you know, mine was a no wote for the fire!Clay, Spencer and Trevor were a yes vote.Here are just a few pics from the weekend.Missed you Tami,Cheree and Shantel!
